Generating Quality Ideas Within Tight Budget and Time Constraints

A national home products manufacturer was looking for a way to rapidly generate new product ideas working within a tight budget and timeline. Using a combination of internal brainstorming and research, the manufacturer needed to generate 20-25 new product ideas per month that could be sent to R&D for further development and testing. They were finding the process of compiling a list of ideas to be both painstaking and time consuming.
