About Kelly
Kelly Beckner joined MBO Partners in 2020 as Vice President, People and Development. In this role, she leads the company's HR and recruiting efforts, helping ensure that MBO is considered a great place to work both today and in the future. Much like MBO has a commitment to leading the next way of working for independents, they remain committed to being an employer of choice for their corporate talent as well.
Kelly brings over 30 years of human resources, talent management and engagement, compensation and benefits as well as corporate real estate management and administrative oversight experience in publicly held and privately owned companies. Kelly has held several executive level positions in high growth, transformational companies in the information technology, professional services, managed services, government contracting, healthcare, and entertainment industries. She has been a key business partner involved in successful workforce transformations, startup operations, and numerous operational and cultural transitions.
Prior to joining MBO Partners, Kelly served as Vice President of Human Resources at Apptix and FusionConnect for more than a decade. She has a successful history of working with high-growth companies in the information technology and services industry.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University in Psychology and has served on several workplace transformation committees and local non-profit organizations.
